It is recommended to see a therapist once per week; however, you can come as often or seldom as you like. Sometimes, insurance companies may have limitations on the number of sessions that they will cover; so it is important to call your insurance and ask about any limitations regarding outpatient mental healthcare.
After initial greeting we will discuss symptoms and background briefly and you will tell us what you want to achieve in the therapy sessions.
