Clinical Director Dina Owen

Dina received her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Northeastern Illinois University and her master’s degree in social work (MSW) with a concentration in mental health from the University of Illinois. Dina has over ten years of clinical experience across all demographics and populations. She has interned extensively in mental health counseling as a clinician at Perspectives, Ltd and at Depression and Bipolar Support Alliance. Most recently in her career she enjoyed working for several years at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of IL as a behavioral case manager before she decided to open her own practice.

Office Manager Lizbeth Alcantar

Our office manager is the initial friendly face and voice behind the phone who oversees the day-to-day administration of PsycHealth Services. She has seven years of customer service experience most recently at Rush University Medical Center for the last four years. She is a certified nurse assistant and enjoys helping other people. She is also working towards her degree in Mental Health.

Therapist Renee Reggans

Renee is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Life Coach. She holds her Master’s degree in Community Counseling from Argosy University in Chicago, IL. Renee’s experience includes working for Catholic Charities as a case manager and interning at The Branch Family Institute providing counseling and supervised visitation services. She graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from the University of Phoenix. Renee has been utilizing skills from treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. In her personal time, Renee volunteers some of her time to an organization that helps promote cancer awareness and provide comfort bags for cancer patients.

Therapist Rachel Maldonado

Rachel received her Masters of Social Work from Dominican University in River Forest, Illinois. She completed field work in long-term care at Lakeland Specialty Hospital in Berrien Center, MI, as well as the psychiatric unit at Hinsdale Hospital in Hinsdale, IL. She spent a rewarding decade working with physicians (medical students, residents, fellows, attendings) at the UIC College of Medicine in Chicago’s medical district.
